Return & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy for Gwalher Industry:
At Gwalher, we are committed to providing you with the finest quality spices. However, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a straightforward returns and replacement process. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth resolution:
Defective Spices:
If you receive spices that are defective , please raise a returns and replacement query within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to customercare@gwalher.com. Kindly attach a clear image of the product received/ Video. so that we can assess its condition accurately.
Damaged Packaging:
In the event that the packaging of your spices is damaged during transit, please notify us within a days of receiving your order by sending an email to customercare@gwalher.com. It would be helpful if you could include an image/Video of the damaged packaging for our evaluation. the return will generate after evaluation with 15 working days.
Conditions for Returns and Replacements:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. We kindly request you to provide images/Video of the damaged packaging within 24 hours of delivery and inform the courier about the damages while acknowledging the delivery.
Return Process:
If the product is deemed "defective" or the packaging is considered "damaged," we will arrange for a reverse pick-up at your location. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the refund or replacement process accordingly.
